If the customer is from Ukraine, Nova Poshta will deliver; we don’t charge for delivery.
If the customer is from abroad, DHL delivery is $100 per parcel (i.e., if you bought two items, it’s an extra $100, not $200).
For DHL worldwide delivery, you can specify a delivery time of 5–10 business days.
For orders within Ukraine, it depends on where the item is located. If within Ukraine, it’s 1–2 days. If you need to ship from Bali, it’ll take up to 3 weeks.
With DHL, there’s no difference — if the item is in Ukraine, we’ll ship from Ukraine; if it’s in Bali, we’ll ship from Bali.
