About our pieces
Every Frolov Jewels piece is made by hand and exists in a single copy. Small variations in stones, beads and patina come from the material itself and are not defects. No two pieces are identical, and a photograph cannot reproduce colour with complete accuracy.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. You can pay by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, or by direct bank transfer. Payments are handled by certified providers — we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Ukraine — free, by Nova Poshta. 1–2 days if the piece is already in Ukraine; up to 3 weeks if it travels from our Bali studio.
Worldwide — DHL, a flat $100 per order, however many pieces you choose. 5–10 business days, wherever the piece ships from.
Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
Because every piece is one of a kind and made by hand, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
This does not affect your rights where a refund is required by law — for example, if a piece arrives damaged or is not what was described. In that case write to us within 14 days of delivery and attach photographs, and we will put it right.
Gift certificates
A gift certificate is issued for a fixed amount and can be used once. Several certificates can be combined in a single order. A certificate covers both the pieces and the delivery. If the certificate is worth more than the order, the difference is not refunded and does not carry over to a later purchase.
Orders within Ukraine
For orders inside Ukraine we confirm the details directly via WhatsApp before dispatch.
