One of a Kind. Timeless by Design.

Short answers to what we are asked most often. If your question is not here, write to us — we answer personally.

Is every piece really one of a kind?

Yes. Each piece is made by hand in a single copy and is never reproduced. The exceptions are Author’s Beads, Elements, the earrings and a few of the pendants — those are made in small numbers and sold by the piece, so you can order several.

What materials do you work with?

Sterling silver, brass — plain, gold-plated (18K and 22K) or rhodium-plated — natural stones, pearls, coral, bone and hand-made ceramics. Every material is chosen for its own character, not as a substitute for something else.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Ukraine — free shipping by Nova Poshta. 1–2 days if the piece is already in Ukraine; up to 3 weeks if it travels from our Bali studio.

Worldwide — DHL, a flat $100 per order, however many pieces you choose. 5–10 business days, wherever the piece ships from. Customs duties, if any, are paid by the recipient.

How can I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; by PayPal; in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC or ETH on the ERC20, BEP20 or TRC20 networks); or by international bank transfer to our account in Indonesia. With the last three the order is held for you and ships once the payment is confirmed.

I am in Ukraine — how do I order?

Orders delivered inside Ukraine are arranged over WhatsApp: +380 97 058 5050. Write to us and we will confirm the piece and the delivery address.

How do gift certificates work?

A certificate is bought for a fixed amount and arrives by email as a code. It is used once, at checkout, in the field for a certificate or coupon, and it covers the jewellery and the shipping. Several certificates can be used in one order. If the order costs less than the certificate, the difference is not refunded.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, because every piece is made in a single copy — except where the law requires it: if the parcel arrives damaged or the piece does not match its description, write to us within 14 days with photographs and we will sort it out.

Can you repeat a piece I saw in the Archive?

No. A sold piece is not made again — that is the point of the brand. If a particular form, stone or colour matters to you, write to us and we will tell you what is available or what is being made now. And if you would like something of your own, see the next question.

Can I order a piece made specially for me?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind — a form, a stone, a colour, a length, the occasion it is for — and we will tell you what is possible. Much of it depends on the materials: some stones, pearls and coral are already in the studio, others have to be sourced, and that affects both the price and how long the work takes.

Name your budget straight away — it is a normal part of the conversation, and it lets us propose something real instead of something you would have to turn down. We come back to you with the idea, the price and the timing before any work begins.

A commissioned piece is still made in a single copy and is never reproduced afterwards — the same rule as for everything else we make.

Small differences in stone and metal — is that a defect?

No. Coral, pearl, onyx and ceramics are natural materials: colour, veining and shape differ from piece to piece, and hand-made metal keeps the marks of the work. These differences are the character of the piece, not a fault.

How do I look after the jewellery?

Keep it dry, put it on after perfume and cosmetics rather than before, store pieces separately so stones do not scratch each other, and wipe the metal with a soft dry cloth. Plated brass and silver darken with time — that is normal, and the shine comes back with gentle polishing.
